All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling, which includes Duty and VAT at UK rates.
Prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on website except in the case of obvious errors (including typographical).
We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.

Each vintage of every wine produces a finite supply. Whilst we will always endeavour to supply the vintage listed for a product, there will always be instances when we have moved on to a more recent vintage, or stocks have been exhausted. We will inform you as soon as we know of any variance, and we will suggest alternatives were possible. While it is easy for a wine merchant to sing the praises of a great vintage, we promise to inform you if a differing vintage is of a lesser standard than the one you have requested.
We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Solo, Delta and Amex. Credit card payment is made on-line (via SSL secure encrypted payment system) through our payment provided Protx..
We will debit your credit card after your order has been processed and our courier has been booked to collect it. Delivery of any product ordered from our website is subject to authorization of payment by the bank payment centres

AMENDMENT OF ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
You may amend or cancel your order at any time without penalty prior to you receiving notification of the courier's tracking code for your order.
If you cancel your order after our courier has been booked to collect it, you will be liable for any post and packaging costs incurred.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. To get a refund please contact us on email@example.com
To return an item:
Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and leave the relevant details.
Return postage costs will be incurred by the buyer. Once the item/items have been returned to us safely will will arrange the relevant refund excluding any postage costs which have been incurred.
Your details will never be passed to any third party marketing company and we will only contact you again if you subscribe to our monthly newsletter.
