The Limited release "Bird in Hand" Shiraz is blended from the finest parcels of fruit. This elegant wine has vibrant aromas of black fruits, plum and white pepper. The long even palate mirrors the rich aromas. The firm tannins and supple texture ensures great weight and mouth feel. Maturation has occurred over 18 months in tight grained french oak barriques.
