Lovely new Port from the classy house of Fonseca.

Terra Prima is uniquely a Port which is produced from only organically grown grapes and organically grown and produced grape spirit, making it the 1st of its kind to come out of Port.

The result is an extremely smooth red port, on the lines of an LBV with sweet black fruits, chocolate and a hint of pepper on the nose. The palate is beuatifully fresh but not too sweet, which is good, making it a Port which is versatile and can be enjoyed pre-dinner, after dinner, with cheese, or chocolate, or simply on its own.

Very impressed with this wine, but then across the range there is nothing to not be impressed about by Fonseca Ports.
