When you place an order we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date.

This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.  Your telephone number is important as it enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

UK Mainland Shipments

We aim to deliver within the UK and Ireland within five working days of order placement.  Often this timescale is sooner but it can depend on the availability of required product.  We operate a 48 hour delivery* as standard to UK Mainland addresses but 24 hour delivery can be arranged. To do so you will need to call us on 028 417 62400 to arrange the delivery.  24 hour delivery costs £20 for full cases and part cases.

*Some distant regions such as Northern areas of Scotland and other Island destinations may take 3-4 days delivery. Call us prior to order for an accurate delivery schedule to your area.

Northern Ireland 

Operates on a 24 hour delivery time scale as standard.

UK Highlands & Islands

If your order is to be delivered within any of the following postcode areas, you must select UK – Highlands & Islands at checkout in order to make sure there is no delay in shipping your order as these areas are more costly to send to. Unfortunately this is a courier charge and there is nothing we can do about it and therefore must pass it on.

HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-50, ZE1-3

Republic of Ireland Shipments: 

A phone number is essential with all orders as our couriers will not pick up the delivery without one.  Most addresses are delivered to within 24 hours of dispatch but more rural areas can take 48 hours.

European & Global Shipments. 

All deliveries are priced at current available rates and are priced for quantities up to 36 bottles. If you require a larger shipment or would like products shipped to a country that is not on the current please contact us via email on shop@kwmwine.com by phone on +44 28 4176 2400 or through our contact page at http://kwmwine.com/contact to discuss arrangements and costs.  When ordering please ensure as much delivery information as possible is entered along with relevant telephone numbers and email addresses to ensure swift and successful delivery.  From dispatch most countries are delivered to within 5-10 working days.

Customs & Duty Liabilities for Non UK Orders:

We can accept no responsibility for any further taxes or charges applied to goods shipped by us to destinations other than the United Kingdom.  It is your responsibility as the customer to check with your relevant local authorities regarding local duties and taxes which may be applied on importation of alcoholic beverages and the legality of doing so.  

Same day dispatch

For same day dispatch orders need to be placed by 11am, otherwise orders will be dispatched the following day. This is dependent on stock availability of course. Contact us for current availability.

Other Information

If you have any special delivery instructions please insert them in the comments box on the “your basket” page once the required products are added. (i.e if no one at home leave with neighbour, delivery on a certain date if possible etc). 

Larger orders of 10+ cases may be accommodated with cheaper rates throughout the UK & Ireland.  Please contact us for information.
